CI Justice is licensed by the UK Government under CRN 14959102 and authorized by a nature of work that includes academic programs at the undergraduate level according to Law No. 85421, programs at postgraduate level (MA – PhD) according to Law No. 85422, educational support services according to Law No. 85600 and activities. Patent and Copyright Agents. Other statutory activities not elsewhere classified under Regulation 69109. Approved as a formal education provider within the East London Region (UKRLP) under number 10093951.

It is a member of the National Agency for the Assessment of Skills and Qualifications (UK_ENIC) in the United Kingdom. It is a member of the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), and is listed in the International Directory of Evaluation Institutions for Higher Academic Qualifications (ECE) in the United States of America.
