CI Justice Social Responsibility
Social Responsibility
The theory of social responsibility is built on an ethical system, whereby decisions and actions must be ethically verified before proceeding. If the action or decision causes harm to society or the environment, it will be considered socially irresponsible.
The moral values ingrained in society create a distinction between right and wrong. In this way, most people believe that social justice is in “right,” but often times this “justice” is absent. Everyone has a responsibility to act in a way that benefits society, not just the individual.
When does social responsibility apply?
The theory of social responsibility and ethics applies to both individual and group abilities. It should be incorporated into daily actions and decisions, especially those that will have an impact on other people. In a larger group capacity, a code of social responsibility and ethics applies within said group as well as during interactions with another group or individual.
CI Justice has developed a system of social responsibility tailored to its specific environment. If social responsibility is maintained within CI Justice, employees and the environment will be on par with our economies. Maintaining social responsibility within CI Justice ensures community safety and environmental protection.
What is the social responsibility in CI Justice?
Corporate Social Responsibility in CI Justice is a type of self-regulatory business with the goal of social accountability and making a positive impact on society. Some of the ways that CI Justice can embrace CSR include being environmentally friendly and environmentally conscious; promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace; treat employees with respect; giving back to the community; and ensuring that business decisions are ethical.
There is no single way in which we can embrace social responsibility within CI Justice, but one thing we are sure of for excellence and originality, is the incorporation of professional practices into our culture and business operations. In today’s socially conscious environment.
To ensure credible CSR, MG looks at our values, business mission and core issues and select initiatives that best align with CI Justice’s goals and culture. We do this internally and employ a third party to perform an evaluation.
We work according to the seventeen goals of the United Nations for sustainable development and equality.
