The Fellowship and Career Development Department works to support academic cadres and accompany them in their path of development and encourage their growth at all levels and all stages of their academic and job promotions within the CI Justice, by providing workshops, training courses, tools and assistance in order to ensure the realization of their potential that is in their personal interest and do their best in the development CI Justice.
We also provide a program for all faculty members from all universities in the countries of the world to enable them to work with us and benefit from all the tools that we have developed.
