The Justice Agency for International Arbitration strives for quality, diversity and balance in its membership. Membership criteria include intellectual achievements and experience; degree of experience, interest and current involvement in international arbitration and dispute resolution matters; promise of future achievements and service in the field of law; potential contributions to the work of the Justice Agency for International Arbitration; willingness and ability to participate in the activities of the Justice Agency for International Arbitration; and standing among peers.

Membership Requirements for Institutions
1. The institution applying for membership must submit the application, along with the information set out below, through the online application according to the desired (and appropriate) membership category:

  • Statute documents (bylaws, internal regulations, etc.).
  • Certificate of registration/incorporation
  • Official license.
  • Profile of the CEO or President or equivalent – and the relevant employee, as applicable.
  • List of Board of Directors.
  • Membership application (electronic application)

2. The members to be nominated by the institution for membership must meet the requirements in accordance with the membership rules for individuals.
