Arbitration in Administrative Contracts
Arbitration in administrative contracts, which appears in the subjectivity and specificity of the administrative contract, and the administrative contract is the contract organized between two public entities or between a public entity and a private sector entity, and it can be local, regional or international. In terms of the solution provided by the Justice Agency for International Arbitration, we work to reconcile the subjective characteristics of administrative contracts on the one hand and arbitration in them on the other hand by a group of specialized arbitrators related to the scope of the contract to reach what is called in administrative judiciary full judiciary, which is related to the subject of compensation or the subject of invalidity or both.
