About the Agency

The Justice Agency for Intellectual Property aims to cover the needs of clients from all over the world regarding intellectual property rights, and in particular, provide legal consultations related to patents, trade names, trademarks, industrial designs and models, trademarks, literary and artistic property, technical knowledge, and copyrights, as well as provide all services related to licensing within the scope of intellectual property protection, as well as the prosecution of violations committed regarding intellectual property rights through our partners around the world.


The Agency’s Affiliation

CI Justice and Sulaiman International University are interested in intellectual property, so the Justice Agency for Intellectual Property was established as a special center for registering intellectual property in order to protect it according to international and local laws, and emphasized that the intellectual property right belongs to its owner, and relied on the follow-up committees for registered rights and the network of lawyers across continents working with us.


Legal personality of the Justice Agency for Intellectual Property

The legal personality of the Justice Agency for Intellectual Property was launched from the need of societies for an active agency at the local, regional and international levels specialized in protecting intellectual property and achieving quality standards through its solid licenses and international accreditations to be compatible with the requirements of civilization and technical and scientific development. It has an independent legal personality and an independent legal status.


Principles of the Justice Agency for Intellectual Property

The Justice Agency for Intellectual Property works to raise awareness of commitment to intellectual property protection laws and raise the level of those interested and qualify them to be among the distinguished elites in this regard at the local, regional and international levels, given that intellectual property is the basis of civilizational development and it is what achieves development for human societies and preserves the rights of pioneers in various fields, by working according to the highest internationally approved quality standards.

A legal institution licensed in the United Kingdom under number 14959102 and with a nature of work that includes the activities of patent and copyright agents; other legal activities not classified elsewhere according to Law No. 69109.

Accreditation

The Intellectual Property Justice Agency is accredited by the Academic Support Accreditation Service in the United Kingdom ASAS EDUCATION in accordance with the nature of work Act 69109 in the United Kingdom (England and Wales) which includes agencies for the protection of intellectual property (patents, industrial designs and models, geographical indications, trade secrets, trademarks, trade names), patent preparation activities and consulting for copyright and related rights and artistic rights. Patent preparation, legal activities for referees, follow-up of legal transactions, administrative integrity, software copyright consulting activities, trademark agents, copyright preparation, legal activities not classified elsewhere, legal documentation and certification activities, legal examination activities.
All courses, programs, workshops and diplomas offered by the Intellectual Property Justice Agency are supported by CE Justice and Sulaiman International University is accredited by the International Accreditation Service for Schools, Colleges and Universities in the United Kingdom ASIC, ASIC is recognized by the UK government, is a member of CHEA International Quality Group (CIQG) in the USA and is listed in their international directory, is a member of BQF (British Quality Foundation) and institutional members of EDEN (European Distance and E-Learning Network).
