The role of the Student Office is to support the student’s academic work in a way that guides them throughout their studies at the university.

The Student Office provides various services, primarily marketing the university between public and private schools, through school orientation visits and participation in open days, to attract and recruit new students, while providing all kinds of assistance and care to existing students.

The Student Office team introduces students to the university and processes their applications.

The Office of the Registrar provides career guidance through workshops, conducts training and job placements, and organizes an annual career fair. The unit also receives and processes financial aid and scholarships for students.

The Student Office provides guidance, counseling and counseling services by following up on students’ complaints and demands.

One of the main functions of the Student Office is to enrich students and virtual campus life by promoting extracurricular activities, providing opportunities for students to develop their skills, and participating in all kinds of community service activities.

The Alumni Office is also an integral part of the Student Affairs and Registration Unit, as the team seeks to develop, coordinate and strengthen its relations with university graduates in all countries of the world.

The Student Office works to assist students in discovering their personal talents and abilities, as well as providing services that facilitate the educational process, creating a productive and virtuous elite generation loyal to the heritage and legacy of their nation and homeland, dedicated to true virtuous values. For this, it tries to develop the student’s personality by defining the necessary plans, programs, and activities.
